Your side before Session 1 is about an hour: a 30-minute account-prep checklist we send when you book (a fresh email account for your chief of staff, an Apple ID for it if you want text alerts, your Claude Code subscription active) and a 30-minute intake questionnaire.

Within 48 hours of Session 2, it will text you about something real that you had not asked about. That is the point of the product, and it is a promise we stand behind: if the first week stays quiet, we keep tuning until it is not.

A Claude Code subscription (Max plan, currently $100 to $200 a month, paid to Anthropic, not to us). The system runs on your subscription
A Mac, if you want text-message alerts. On Windows or Linux the loop alerts you by Telegram or email instead; everything else works the same
A Google account for mail and calendar connectors

Developed by a management consultant, for people doing too many things in their life. The system in the demos is the builder's own, running his household, his money admin, his travel, and his inbox every day. This product is that system, packaged so it can run yours.

FAQ

Is this affiliated with Anthropic or Claude?

No. Steadby is an independent product built for Claude Code. You bring your own Claude Code subscription.

What can it see, and what can it send?

It sees only the accounts you connect. It sends nothing on your behalf: every email it writes lands in your drafts folder for you to send. Its own agent account can message only you, enforced by a coded allowlist with a daily cap and an audit log you can read any time.

I am not on a Mac. Is this for me?

Yes, with one change: proactive alerts arrive by Telegram or email instead of text message. Everything else is identical.

What if it is not for me?

Founding setup: if you do not want to continue after Session 1, you are refunded 50 percent and you keep everything installed to that point. After Session 2, the setup is complete and non-refundable. Kit: full refund any time before you accept the repository invitation; once you have the files it is non-refundable. Full terms at /terms.
